Starting from May 2024 Matthias Luterbacher joined M&L as the new Managing Director. As a former long-time CEO of Schmid Automation and graduate of the University of St. Gallen holding a doctoral degree, Mr Luterbacher brings a big package of experience in management and development of companies in specialized technology sector and is not unknown througout the brewing and beverage industry.
The founders of M&L, Ernst and Maria Meier, remain in the board of directors, as well as Patrik Gruber, who took over the responsibility of Sales Director. Thanks to these new structural adjustments, M&L will be able to focus even more on individual needs of customers from the brewing industry worldwide.
